Paris in pictures & words…

Life since this past Sunday April 14th has literally flipped on its heels.  I’m sure Mother Nature is hiding behind a tree somewhere doing summersaults.  The sun has been shining nonstop, there’s a new luminosity glowing over Paris and the temperature is just delightful.  I’m talking cool wispy breezes that tease you in every possible way.  It is absolute TORTURE being at work and I am having immense difficulty focusing on anything but my daydreams… dreams about laying on a picnic blanket under a tree reading, or of running around after a frisbee (random right!?) or walking on cool, freshly cut grass with bare feet feeling the dampness under the soles of my feet… *sigh*  just being able to wiggle my toes outdoor feels like a gift… alas, (sadly) I AM at work and (unfortunately) I MUST work so I (really) need to snap out of this nonsense.

I leave you with a few new pictures and words from the past couple of weeks.  As I mentioned in a previous post, my parents were in town visiting me and we indulged a lot both in Paris and beyond.  I am yet to share my past exciting weekend with you, but for now here is a random collection of some of the wonderful flavours and beautiful shades that have colored my past few weekends.

Bonne fin de semaine!
