This past weekend was relaxed and passed by quite quickly.
On Saturday, we attended a bread-baking class at a German bakery.
We learned how to make multi-cereal rolls and the famous French staple – the baguette!

After they came out of the oven
we were wishing we had a block of Swiss cheese with which to attack them full on!
I am hoping I can reproduce this recipe myself in my real Parisian kitchen, hopefully soon!
